A booking option is definitive when confirmed by email or fax (+33(0)5 65 30 89 59) and an advance of 30 % of the total amount of the residence, with a minimum of € 60.
This advance can be paid :

Conditions for reservations for a period of more than 5 nights:
  • In case of cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date 50% of the rent will be charged
  • In case of cancellation shorter than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date 100% of the rent will be charged
  • Anticipated departures are not paid back
  • We advice our clients to take a cancellation insurance.
